How can I track my order?

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. But you can cancel an order up to the time it is shipped. In this case, you will receive a full refund and you can place a new order. If your order has already been shipped, you need to return the items for a full refund and place a new order.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel at any time as long as we do not ship your order. To cancel, you need to send an email to "store@gunsel.com.tr".

Are the accessories in the photos included in the products?

The accessories used in the visuals are not included in the products.

Do you have a physical store?
Are your store prices and the prices on your website the same?

Our prices are the same, and we may have campaigns from time to time in some products on our website.

Is sales tax included in the prices?

Yes. All the prices you see on our website include sales tax and this will be shown on your receipt. The current rates are 10% for clothing and 16% for accessories.

How do you ensure payment security?

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is delivered to the cargo, an e-mail with your cargo tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you used when signing up for our site. You can track your order from "Track My Order" on the "My Orders" page.

I can't access my account

1-You may be entering your e-mail address incorrectly. The package came damaged, should I take it?
You should not receive the damaged packages, but you should keep a record of the package to the cargo officer that the package is damaged. You can then contact our customer service regarding your order.

Can I change the recipient name of my order?

The recipient name given during the order cannot be changed later.

How does the return process work?

• Fill out the return form that came in the package completely.
